We were in an accessible room. I appreciated the key-card activated buttons to open the hotel door in an easier way with my wheelchair.
The accessible bathroom is a wet-room so you or your companion may want shoes for it walking in there.
However, there were problems with the room, including that the bathroom fold-down chair was loose: the first time I flipped it up it fell off (before use, I was testing it with my hands)!! I put it back on how it was balanced (rather than properly attached!) I needed to shower and do so once in my stay, so held on to the rail during much of that shower, and there was a disturbing sound from the shower chair but it still held my 76kg self. This was my biggest concern.
The bathroom also had the cosmetics in an awkward order - I couldn't reach the soap from the shower seat, yet the hair conditioner was the easiest to reach (my arm length is average or maybe slightly longer than average).
There was also a miscommunication between the travel agent and the hotel. Given the rest of our travel by plane and through a few cities went pretty smoothly, and the interactions with the hotel manager, I am inclined to think he was the one who misheard or misunderstood our travel agent. Once there, the hotel did their best to meet our needs/make up for it and there was a less comfortable but adequate solution.
The room also had a slightly awkward coffee & hot water machine as an accessible room: you have to hold a cup and move, which is very tricky in a manual wheelchair (I like to be independent where possible).
The elevators were good - they have it set so one sits open at the lobby level and plenty to not need to wait like I have at other hotels. One opens right near the breakfast room, so take care not to roll back into the queue. The doors (like most of the Canadian hotels I went to) were quite quick to shut, I had a door hit part of one of my feet at one point during my holiday (unsure which hotel, but same closing speed quickness here).

Well situated hotel near the better parts of Toronto. St Lawrence market, for food and coffee, is just down the street. Access to many other parts of the city are convenient as well. The rooms are small to medium size for the upgraded rooms. Service was mediocre giving one strike for us having to ask to clean the room. For the kind of money they’re charging, should be automatic. Parking is simple but expensive. For being in downtown this hotel is a good place to stay.

So this property is ok. The location is super convenient for Jays games and downtown events. The staff are friendly and it is fairly clean. The pool and lobby are nice.
My complaints are the fact that they call themselves pet 'friendly'... but they charge more and relegate guests with their pets to a really gloomy and dated floor. There's no real welcome of pets like at the Westin or Sonesta hotels either.
Skip the breakfast. Stupid expensive for what you get. Go to OEB or Pur & Simple one they open.
