**Very disappointing experience at St. Louis Bar & Grill.** I was really excited to visit because I had heard good things about their wings, and I was looking forward to having some wings and a couple of drinks with my friends. We arrived around **9:30 PM**, even though the restaurant was scheduled to close at **11:00 PM**, so there was still about an hour and a half before closing. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the server seemed to have a very negative attitude and repeatedly made us feel like we were inconveniencing her because the restaurant would be closing soon. There were literally no other customers in the restaurant besides me and my friends, so we were not expecting to be rushed or made to feel unwelcome. We had a very simple plan: enjoy some wings, have a few drinks, and spend some time together. Instead, the attitude and service completely took away from the experience. I completely understand that staff have closing duties, but if the restaurant is open until 11 PM, customers arriving at 9:30 PM should still be treated with basic courtesy and hospitality. I was genuinely excited to try St. Louis, but unfortunately, the service left me very disappointed. The food may be good, but **good customer service is just as important**, and this experience really missed the mark.

Had the all.you can eat burgers last night. Stopped at 3 Wife had a poutine. Which was great. Table of 6. Had a nice dark haired waitress. Sorry bad with names. But she was excellent. Friendly and efficient. Seemed to know the menu well. Definately recomend coming here. Apparently the record so far is 6 burgers 2 fries. I felt sick just hearing about this guy 😆 lol.

I came to eat here a few weeks ago with my family and our server was Arrisa. She was quite pleasant, bubbly, and went above and beyond to check on us. Great vibes in here and we will definitely be back again! I haven’t had such good service in so long, brings back my faith in the restaurant industry. Keep it up guys!
