I visited around 9:00 a.m., and the overall experience was smooth and efficient. After ringing the bell at the entrance, I was seated quickly. The staff handled the process in a professional and well-organized manner. Service felt experienced and confident, with orders taken and delivered efficiently. There was no noticeable delay between ordering and receiving the food. The dining area was clean and well maintained. The layout is practical and comfortable, with adequate lighting and a calm atmosphere suitable for a casual breakfast or short morning meeting. The food was presented neatly, and the portion size was satisfying. Located in the Willowgrove area, this restaurant offers a convenient parking situation, which makes it easy to access. Considering that breakfast options in this neighborhood are relatively limited, this is a reliable and efficient choice for a morning meal.
Bfast was excellent love the addition of green onions and cheese on the hash browns. Our service was great MK was very attentive. Beautifully remodeled and loved the atmosphere.
Went to the Flats Eatery & Drink to celebrate an anniversary. Went in and first thing we saw was "press bell for service" ... I understand cutting payroll, but having someone at the front is important. I understand though. Sat and was greeted by Mel B! She was good as a server. There could have been more small talk, but I was ok with her interactions. (no complaints) *** I am no Gordon Ramsay *** For first time attending this establishment, the food was good. Loved one ordered: Baby Back Ribs, starter salad, potatoes. I ordered Ribs and chicken with fries. To be completely honest it tasted like Montana's food. I could have been slightly better. Everything was hot, and tasted good for $120, it was ok. Would I attend again, I don't know, only time will tell.
