Do I need any painting experience?

None. Your artist walks the whole room through the painting stroke by stroke over about two hours, and everyone leaves with a finished canvas. Most guests have never painted before.

Its not even a bare minimum bar. Atmosphere feels like the city had apocalypse. Service is poor and food is poor. Probably being the only bar in the area has kept them in business so far but I feel potential of the location advantage wasted.
