I stopped by the downtown Boston Pizza for their Sticky Toffee Pudding, and it was incredible—decadent, smooth, and easily a highlight of the night! What impressed me even more was the level of hospitality. The restaurant was packed and the table they sat us at was actually reserved for another group 45 minutes later. Despite the rush, the team was able to accommodate us for a quick dessert, which really shows fantastic management and a 'customer-first' attitude. A special shout-out to Gisell, Katie, and Claire for their amazing service and hospitality! They made us feel welcome even in a busy environment. Highly recommend this location for both the treats and the top-tier service.
Burger Battle Review: Boston Pizza – Sweet Heatwave Burger Boston Pizza is a great spot, especially if you’re looking to hang out with friends and catch a game. The space has a fun, relaxed vibe. Service started off a bit slow, but our server became more friendly and welcoming as the visit went on. The Sweet Heatwave Burger features a crispy chicken fillet coated in a bold Thai sauce, topped with cucumber slices and fresh iceberg lettuce for crunch, all in a soft cheesy bun with a house sauce, plus a pickle and cherry tomato on top. It’s priced at $20.49. This was easily one of the best chicken burgers I had during the challenge. The chicken was well-seasoned and perfectly crispy, and the flavours had a nice balance of sweet and savoury. I didn’t get much heat despite the name, but overall, it was still a really enjoyable burger. I had a great time here and would definitely come back.
We were only here for desserts. We ordered chocolate explosion and sticky toffee pudding. Both were wonderful! Very satisfying!
