 Do you love to create art and draw for the fun of it?  Do you have an Ipad or any tablet with Adobe Fresco and an apple pencil, although you might be able to do some of these with your finger?  Adobe Fresco is free with no advertising.  Then this is the class for you. Did you know that looking at images is more challenging to your brain than a chess game?   Vector images can be expanded or reduced with no difference from your original image. If you create an image that you love and want it on a T-shirt or expanded to a mural then you can do it with vector images.  The tools on Adobe Fresco can also help you draw shapes and straight lines.  Drawing shapes is the process to draw any image, even looking for the shape of negative space.  You can  use the filters to create the most beautiful colors.  The transform tool will let you skew and change the image drastically as well as we will add photos of yourself into some of the images for a neat effect, and fixing mistakes is a breeze.  

I have been a fitness professional for a number of decades, but after caregiving for my mother, I came full circle and got back into art, and I encourage all caregivers to use some form of art to help.  During my classes, you will not only learn how to create my image, but proper ergonomics and posture to reduce any type of injury.
