Worst Hilton property we have ever stayed at(which have been many). Dirty, AC not working and No free coffee. When our AC wasn't working they moved us to a new room at 1130pm and then this new room did not have a refrigerator. We travel with drinks and food and when we got moved we found the new room did not even have a refrigerator so all our drinks and food became warm. It took calls to the coperate number to finally get one the next afternoon. Carpeted floors were dirty, bathroom old and outdated and tile and grout dirty. $18.00 charge for hotel parking, but convention parking was $15.00. When I went down for coffee the first morning they wanted to charge me from the restaurant. We will not stay here ever again. Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport, and I want to recognize German and Rebecca at the front desk, along with the bartender, whose name I believe was either Fabricio or Roberto, for providing exceptional hospitality.
German and Rebecca were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. They made the check-in process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their genuine friendliness and commitment to outstanding customer service truly stood out.
I also want to recognize the bartender, who I believe was Fabricio or Roberto. He provided excellent service, created a welcoming atmosphere, and made every interaction enjoyable. His professionalism and positive attitude added to an already outstanding experience.
The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the room was comfortable and inviting. It's clear that the entire team takes pride in delivering a high-quality guest experience.
I highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport to anyone traveling to the Miami area. Thank you to German, Rebecca, and the bartender for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

SoulEdge: Nova Roma part 1
My then German American ex girlfriend once told me this establishment was once a Radisson. Glad the "Golden Testudo Shield Windows Wall" is still in there. Got an email by management to guide me on my arrival. May I suggest to include a current pic of the hotel's shuttle in the email. That way hotel guests can know which shuttle to look for. Due to many shuttles come & go at the airport. And please set up a Google review for the hotel's Impressions restaurant. Such a good looking establishment needs to be praised, not hidden. Arrived late evening, met Hilda at check-in. Then dined at the restaurant, Angelquie (apologies if I misspelled her name, & yes a review will be included soon ) gave good service. Hilda was very helpful during my stay. I was informed that the hotel is being renovated, and it will done by years end December 2026. Ate breakfast at Impressions, good service by Cleo (apologies if I misspelled her name) I do look forward to return. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. As she'd say "When given good service. Pay it Forward or Pow right in your kisser (meaning me) and to the Moon lol 😆." Cue in the songs "Breathe"
