Sip and Paint events with Janice are an open space for creativity. Guests will be guided with real world techniques while also being invited to relax and flow as they express themselves from within, bringing forth what feels most natural and instinctive to their own compositions. Consider this a sensory experience with a focus on the process in an authentic unfoldment. Think music, ambiance, and maybe even getting a bit of paint on our hands when we need to.

Events typically run for two hours and will start at the scheduled time. Guests are always encouraged to arrive 15-20 minutes early in order to get checked in, look over menu items, and to choose a cozy seat. No one wants to miss a moment of fun!

This is your creative process. It is your autonomy. It is the transformation of a canvas as you see it. Take the parts that speak to you, then discard the rest. When booking with us, it is also helping the community to thrive. Thank you for supporting local art and businesses.

Who is your local host? Janice Marie is a Triangle native and local artist with over 20 years of creative experiences. She is a SCAD graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art and has been bringing sip and paint parties to The Triangle since 2015. She has taught ESL, PreKindergarten, and is a certified Art Therapist. She leads Mindful Art Workshops. In her free time you can find her in nature, curled up in a hammock with a book, releasing in a nearby swimming hole, or admiring the night sky.
