Want to paint in a relaxing environment with full support from your instructor? Come join me for a 2 hour painting event that's more than just step by step instruction! Learn the hows and whys for each painting and walk away having learned more about painting than when you first arrived. Enjoy relaxing music with the instruction. Some events might be tailored for beginners and some for more advanced students, check the description of your event for a rating of each painting's difficulty. Feel free to socialize with Lisa or if you prefer, keep your camera off for privacy, no judgement.  Lisa welcomes people of ALL experience levels and wants you to have an peaceful and enjoyable time! Lisa grew up on a small farm in south central Pennsylvania and spent much of her time outside in Nature. From an early age, she had a passion for drawing and painting her surroundings. High school art classes gave her a solid foundation for her skills, which she continued to improve upon throughout her life. After a lenghty career in the insurance industry, Lisa retired from the corporate world and resumed painting while raising a family. Lisa has a background in acrylic painting, ceramics, face painting and now frequently uses rocks and stones as her canvas. Nature and myth serve as a huge inspiration to Lisa, which she incorporates into much of her work, dubbing herself The Faeryrockpainter.
