We stopped in at The Canadian Brewhouse Manning recently. At the start, the service was good — our initial server was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, once they switched servers, things went downhill fast.
We were never offered another drink, and my empty cup was simply taken away without any follow-up. No one checked back to see if we wanted appetizers, dessert, or anything else. It really felt like the staff was more focused on turning the table and getting us out than actually serving us.
On the positive side, the food was decent. Nothing mind-blowing, but exactly what you'd expect from a busy sports bar/grill — solid portions and flavours.
Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. With so many options in Edmonton, the service needs to be more consistent if they want repeat customers..
The kicker is they couldnt even give me a proper lid for my take home food.

My burger was ok I asked for no lettuce and it came out with soaking my lettuce from my burger, which is kind of gross on the bun. The hot wings came out cold When I asked to have the wings brought back hot, the server was very snotty and disgruntled about having to do her job. It took 20 minutes to be able to order drink drinks and food. Will the drinks got dropped off the server continued to walk away up or we could even correct our drink order. I don’t know what it is, but the Manning brewhouse location is the worst service ever. All we wanted was a burger and wings and a drink We didn’t think it would take that long to get a drink. Let alone order a drink or to wait for food. Two hours is a little ridiculous from start to finish. I do have to admit, though the ninja turtle drink is super delicious

Had a really good experience at Canadian Brewhouse. The food was great and everything came out fresh and hot. The portions were a good size and there were lots of options on the menu. Overall, the food and atmosphere made for a really enjoyable night.
Our server Sid was also amazing. She was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the whole meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and was really nice to talk to. Her service definitely made the experience even better, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
